We have an immediate need for a contract Sr. IAM Program Manager to join an industry-leading payments technology and solutions organization.

The Sr. IAM Program Manager will oversee multiple IAM projects and efforts acting as a strong leader who can drive, identify / remove roadblocks,

Location : Remote

This job expects to pay about $80 - 95 per hour plus benefits.

What You Will Do :

• Interface with many cybersecurity and IT teams and be able to navigate cybersecurity topics that intersect with IAM (e.g. IT ServiceNow)
• Communicate effectively at a Sr. Leadership and detail level (e.g. Presentations & content)
• Lead product management backlog planning sessions across multiple products and areas of IAM
• Collaborate with all IAM leaders and product owners in support of program activities and tasks
• Operate in an Agile-like manner where processes and activities may align to Agile principles
• Lead a small team of Scrum Masters or other resources that drive day-day tasks for detailed level work

What Gets You The Job :

• 5-10 years experience in serving as a program manager for IAM projects
• Experience managing multiple IAM projects within a program simultaneously
• Ability to drive tasks and activities in an ambiguous, fast-based environment
• High EQ and ability to balance high-level messaging / updates but also being in the details
• Ability to drive / achieve progress in the program
• Effectiveness of communication at a Sr. and detail level
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and flex to evolving business needs while also staying focused on assigned program activities
• Thrives in a fast-paced culture with leaders wearing multiple hats and getting involved in the details as the team expands / grows
