Compensation :
$85,000 - $185,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Research and gather information about available homes and local communities to effectively respond to buyer inquiries
- Coordinate and schedule home showings promptly with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers
- Accompany lead agent in showing properties to potential buyers that align with their preferences and budget, leading to increased sales
- Assist clients in determining competitive offer prices and guide them through the closing process for a smooth transaction experience
- Ensure excellent customer service by promptly responding to buyer clients' calls, texts, and emails
- Follow up on leads and generate new ones
- Set appointments and conduct consultations
- Close sales effectively and efficiently
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing / lead technologies or the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Self-driven with the capacity to work autonomously
- Highly motivated, with a strong desire for professional advancement
- Possession of a valid real estate license in Colorado Springs, CO, US
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
