Key ResponsibilitiesReview Title and Security Deeds to determine the correct chain of Assignments of MortgageDraft and provide Assignments of Mortgage to clients within set timelinesUpdate the Foreclosure status in the Firm's case management system and assist with other duties as neededRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred;
high school diploma requiredUnderstanding of the Georgia Foreclosure process with previous Default industry experienceChain of Title Review / Assignment review experience preferredExperience with various client systems preferred (Lenstar, LPS, VendorScape, Real Resolution)
