Job Details : At Splan, the Professional Services Engineer will work with top 500 global customers, implementing world-class products in a customer-facing role.
He / she requires expertise in Cloud / On-premise implementation, product deployment, software logs review, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities : Proficiently execute cloud / on-premises implementation processes Essential expertise in application deployment Hands-on experience in reviewing software logs Advantageous knowledge of databases Independent and adept at planning and organizing implementations Install and implement solutions in customer's test and production environments Onsite and offsite troubleshooting and diagnosing of customer-reported issues across different solution levels (Database, Application, Network, Communication, and Integration Interfaces) Proactive and prompt response to customer requests / tickets Thoroughly prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of technical documentation Work diligently to deliver exceptional and seamless implementation experiences.
