Job Description
- At least 4+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, Oracle (PL / SQL) and UNIX shell scripting.
- At least 4+ years of experience in software development life cycle.
- At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
- Experience in interacting with different consumers and participating in project requirements discussion, providing effort estimation.
- Must have experience in providing technical solutions to business & regulatory requirements.
- Must ensure quality and timelines of implementation activities related to design, build, implementation, and testing of the requirements.
- Experience in developing POCs for the team before the start of actual development.
- Experience in assigning and reviewing work products and creating packages for moving changes to higher environments.
- Experience in supporting system integration and user acceptance testing.
- Experience in solving defects raised by the testing team and ensuring timely closure.
- Experience in providing deployment and post-deployment support.
- Ability to work in a team in a diverse / multiple stakeholder environment.
- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Works as the SPOC for different vendors in the absence of the PM.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
