We are currently looking for Direct Care Providers to join our residential programs!

Schedule : Friday through Monday 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM

Job Preview at a Glance

As a Direct Care Provider, you will provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, life skills, pre-vocational training, related documentation, case management, crisis intervention, individual and / or group counseling services to seriously mentally ill consumers in a residential environment.

Responsible for contributing to and creating a recovery-based environment.

Job Duties :

• Contributes to quality client care and effective treatment, demonstrating professional conduct in serving consumers.
• Engages in solution focused, strength based behavioral health / clinical services to consumers in accordance with company standards.
• Performs direct service to consumers including individual, group, life skills training, behavior management, and crisis intervention.
• Provides assessments and crisis intervention.
• Will be expected to accompany, supervise and assist consumers when asked to do so.
• Plans and organizes activities.
• Assists consumers with community integration.
• Develops treatment plans for consumers in conjunction with psychiatrist and / or case managers according to SBH clinical standards.
• Documents services provided, according to SBH standards on a daily basis

Qualifications :

• Minimum requirement consists of a 21-year age
• A High School Diploma / GED and six months of full-time Behavioral Health experience / integrated health experience; OR
• A related Associate’s degree and six weeks of full-time Behavioral Health / integrated health experience; OR
• A non-related Associate's degree and one year of full-time behavioral health / integrated health experience; OR
• A related bachelor’s degree; OR
• A non-related bachelor's degree plus six months of relevant experience in behavioral health.
• MVR clearance required.
• Must have fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or be eligible to receive upon hire (as required per program requirements).
