We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Asset Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of multi-unit properties. This role is essential for ensuring properties are well-maintained, performing optimally, and aligned with long-term investment goals.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate closely with our real estate accountant to manage and optimize the financial performance of the portfolio.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of multi-unit properties.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize the value and performance of the real estate portfolio.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, in partnership with the real estate accountant.
- Coordinate with property management teams on maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.
- Prepare regular property performance reports for leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Asset Manager, Property Manager, or Portfolio Manager, preferably with multi-unit residential properties.
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Familiar with property management software, such as Appfolio, Yardi, or similar.
