Description
Under the direction of the Regional Service Manager, the Regional Service Sales Representative builds market position and facilitates the future growth of the dealerships by promoting and supporting dealership service operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Offer effective solutions to meet the customers needs by introducing the new and current customer base to the array of services provided within the dealership and the entire JXE network.
- Work with the dealership staff to develop strategic plans to target accounts.
- Work with the dealership staff to review opportunities and determine a strategic plan to grow the business
- Research and propose alternate opportunities to grow sales in the dealership AOR
- With key members on the dealership staff, meet with customers face-to-face to establish a relationship and understand their long term goals in doing business with dealerships.
- Develop relationships of value and trust with customers and coworkers

Minimum Qualifications :
- Requires High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the heavy duty commercial truck / equipment industry preferred
- Intermediate computer skills required
- Ability to communicate strategically and creatively required
- Valid Drivers License required
- Flexible with the ability to work with a variety of customers and their needs
- Experience using CRM systems for account development and management
- Exceptional customer management skills
