Hello, and thanks for considering our local and family-owned company! Here at Verlo Mattress - St Charles we are looking for a well-spoken, upbeat, goal-oriented, driven, and trusted person to join our growing Comfort Coach team.
Our Comfort Coaches help local community members by informing them of the best way to get a great night's sleep. We do this through a knowledge and science-based sales process designed specifically to help our Guests meet their needs.
We will train the right candidate, no sales experience is necessary. All we require is a willingness to learn, a can-do attitude, and the ability to develop trusted relationships with our Guests!
Responsibilities
- Present, educate, promote, and sell products / services using a proven, easy-to-navigate sales system.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive and trusted customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Support GM in various store / factory activities as required
Skills
- Ability to truly listen to Customers and help them according to their wants and needs
- Customer Service mindset, always looking at ways to help the Customer
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Proficient computer skills
- Social Media skills a plus
