Payroll Specialist and HR Support

This is a temporary to permanent position based out of our West Palm Beach office. Below please find a detailed outline of the relevant duties and responsibilities. Core Responsibilities

• Review, process, monitor and manage payroll activities
• Gathering data related to employee payroll and time worked
• Reviewing and verifying time and attendance records
• Handling tax withholdings and tax reports
• Preparing and distributing company’s payroll
• Making sure that all hours, benefits, and deductions are logged appropriately and that all payroll accounts remain balanced
• Provide Human Resource support services
• Ensure employee compliance with all company policies and other regulatory guidelines
• Maintain employee records and update as needed
• Facilitate communication between management / department heads and employees
• Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
• Managing a client database and preparing reports
• Performing other general office and administrative duties as directed by executive management / ownership Requirements and Skills 3-5 years of relevant experience in payroll processing and management Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software Experience with ADP Workforce Now, required Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail Excellent communication skills High school diploma or equivalent;
