As a Sr Field Service Technician working with (Building Automation Systems) BAS here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing technical support and service to our customers.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our products and systems. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you’ll work out of our designated location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the success of our field service operations and contribute to customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support and service to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Conduct equipment maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of service activities

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service technician role
- 2 years plus experience with BAS (Building Automation Systems)
- Must have clean driving record (Open to traveling from site to site within State of Connecticut) Marked Company Vehicle Provided
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
