We're currently adding to our affordable housing team and hiring a HUD Program Manager to oversee the planning, management, and execution of various community development programs.
This role involves coordinating day-to-day activities, managing program initiatives, and ensuring compliance with HUD and other funding guidelines.

Job Details
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project / program management, public administration, or community development.
- Strong expertise in HUD programs, grant administration, and community development funding.
- Knowledge of zoning, site planning, and real estate development.
Day-to-day :
- Develop and manage a multi-year plan and annual reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate data input and financial compliance.
- Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders through reports and presentations.
- Manage program budgets and ensure adherence to compliance guidelines, especially related to HUD.
- Track and report on funding activities and explore opportunities for new grants focused on affordable housing and community improvement.
- Work with local government officials, community partners, and planning teams to support redevelopment initiatives.
- Lead or attend public hearings to engage with community stakeholders and ensure program visibility.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant government and grant regulations.
- Assist in the selection and management of contractors and vendors.
