Become a trusted In home Direct support provider supporting local clients in Habilitation, Respite and / or Attendant Care from the comfort of their homes through DDD / AZDES.
We also have lots of opportunity to grow! This subcontractor position (1099) is a great opportunity for supplemental or primary income for anyone with a desire to enrich the lives of others.
The ideal person will have had experience in working with people with developmental disabilities.
Minimum Qualifications :
- CPR & First Aid;
- Article 9;
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or able to obtain one;
- Ability to pass background checks (E-Verify, Central Registry, etc.);
- Valid driver's License;
- All training is provided;
