Gotta have
- Able to multi-task, serve, prepare plates, retail, etc
- Able to read and listen to people to determine beverage preferences, make recommendations, and take drink orders
- Maintaining a clean work area by keeping things tidy and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment
- Upbeat, engaging personality and professional appearance
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc., for extended periods, and lift up to 50lbs
