We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our insurance sales team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who is passionate about building relationships, developing people, and achieving ambitious growth targets in the financial and insurance industry.
Compensation :
$100,000 - $180,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve business goals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share.
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales agents.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and reports to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events, and community engagements.
Qualifications :
Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to inspire and develop teams.Solid understanding of life insurance, financial planning, and investment products.Goal-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure.Licensed (or eligible for licensing) to sell life and health insurance products.About Company
