Job Description

• Must be willing to be trained on driving / be comfortable driving box van and 26-foot truck to local customer site as needed
• Unpack and place parts on carts for movement into Production
• Shelve parts with orders as they are completed
• Pack and label complete orders for delivery
• Adhering to all policies and procedures including Work Instructions and SOP’s
• Successfully pass and maintain clean Oregon DMV driving record
• Local customer delivery as needed
• Cross trains to cover other areas when needed
• Contacts customers to arrange pickups and deliveries
• Assigned special projects outside of the scope of normal Logistics duties
• Monitoring open orders in MRP to plan assembly, report delays to immediate Supervisor to ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate with Production Staff to find cause of delays
• Compile and create outgoing paperwork
• Load boxes or cases securely into vehicle for transport
• General warehouse duties
• Responsible for keeping work areas clean, with eye on continuous 5S improvement
• Other duties as assigned
