Position Summary :
Under the direct supervision of the ESTA Director, the Housing Case Manager is responsible for providing direct services and administrative support to ensure program outcomes.

Salary Grade : $41,080 - $44,720

Major Responsibilities :
Provide direct case management to a caseload of up to 15 total housing clients from both the HOP and Housing Services Programs.
Caseload breakdown between programs depends on the needs of the community and referrals.
- Provide direct case management to a caseload of HOP food domain and housing domain financial assistance programs as needed to ensure service capacity.
- Process referrals and admit clients for services.
- Process financial assistance requests and execute services.
- Complete daily notes and bill for HOP services.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred but not mandatory. Will consider all post secondary education and military training.
Prior experience in Homelessness / Housing Services strongly recommended. Well-organized and attention to detail a must.
Strong, demonstrated skills in written and oral communications required. Strong, demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point);
as well as current or previous experience with NC HMIS a plus. Financial Management work experience preferred.
