Duties & Responsibilities
- Keys alphanumeric data in specified formats.
- Maintains a minimum speed of 12,000 keystrokes per hour during time on data entry device.
- Maintains accuracy rate of 98%
- Observes ongoing operations and endeavors to maximize the work output.
- Initiates corrective action when required, communicates problems to supervisor.
- Maintains work area in safe and tidy condition.
- Demonstrates a consistent level of performance and strives to improve productivity.
- Demonstrates ability to properly prioritize tasks.
- Initials stamps and documents all work so audit of work may be easily performed.
- Brings innovation to the job as demonstrated by improvement in techniques and response to unique situations.
Is proficient with all Data Entry formats and maintains necessary documentation to accurately perform work.
Maintains a good working relationship with various department personnel and users.
Works cooperatively with others to resolve problems as expeditiously as possible.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent.
2 year data entry experience required.
Salary Range : $29.349 / hr - $30.806 / hr
