Executive Assistant

A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support its Executive Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize calendars for ELT members, resolving scheduling conflicts and preparing leaders for meetings

Coordinate logistics for executive-level events, including board meetings and leadership offsites

Handle travel arrangements, process expenses, and provide administrative support for the ELT

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior or C-level leaders

Proven ability to manage complex calendars and organize high-profile meetings and events

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask under pressure

High discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Concur, and Navan (or similar)
