Job Description : Trinity Supportive Housing is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our Outside Outreach Team.
As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in educating the homeless population in Washington DC about our Housing Resource Program.
This program aims to provide stable and supportive housing solutions to individuals experiencing homelessness.
Responsibilities :
- Outreach and Engagement : Conduct regular outreach visits to homeless shelters and other locations frequented by individuals experiencing homelessness in Washington DC.
- Education and Awareness : Educate individuals about Trinity Supportive Housing's Housing Resource Program, including its eligibility criteria, benefits, and application process.
