We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Lancaster, CA! This full-time, onsite position offers a wonderful opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and support their communication growth in a nurturing school environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering therapy services to students.
- Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and conduct speech-language therapy activities.
- Monitor and document student progress, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and the multidisciplinary team to promote student success.
Requirements :
- Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Current SLPA license in California.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
