Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
You will be a member of an innovative servo MFG firmware team for hard disk drive
Real-time firmware design, servo calibration algorithm implementation, failure analysis, quality and yield improvement, test time reduction for Enterprise HDD development and production
FW code lead for features related to HDD Servo calibration and characterization in manufacturing process
Subject matter expert for FW related design, code development, and bug fixes
Conducting research and development of new techniques and methodologies to support high volume hard disk drive production and test time reduction
Collaborating with other cross functional teams to derive innovative quality firmware solutions and resolutions of issue findings in timely and quality manner
Act as a role model to others by sharing ideas, solutions, and information, and serve as a mentor for junior engineers
Design, implement, validate, and maintain MFG firmware components to support production with high quality and provide constructive feedback to enhance calibration firmware
