Can you open doors? Your role will be to open doors to new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients.

The doors are unlimited and it's up to you to find the right ones that will generate leads that develop into a request for a face-to-face presentation, Teams or WebEx.

We provide the office (no exposure to the elements), the tools and the training to make you successful. You provide the passion for sales, eagerness to learn the business, ambition, and a drive to succeed.

We practice the BLUEPRINT® Quality Management System Certification, which is the highest certification an Accounts Receivable Management company can achieve through ACA International (Association of Credit and Collections Professionals.

BCFS is exceedingly experienced in delinquent account collections for a wide range of clients, specializing in Healthcare, Utility, Government and Banking accounts receivable.

Responsibilities :

Seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients.

Utilize your BD skills to get through the gatekeeper and contact the real Decision-Makers.

Promote the company's products / services after identifying a client's needs and suggesting appropriate services.

Stay up to date with our new offerings and be able to articulate WIIFM to the prospective client.

Requirements :

Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager

College Degree preferred.

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office.

CRM expertise (Salesforce preferred).

Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
