Bryan Physician Network, physician enterprise of Bryan Health, is looking for a BE / BC orthopedic trauma surgeon to provide coverage for a mix of clinic, consults and surgery along with community coverage.
We offer full-time orthopedic traumatology services at the trauma center and provide orthopedic response for the Medical Centers ED and inpatient consults.
Here are a few details :
- ACS Level II Trauma Center (functions like a Level I w / o residents)
- Established, Respected Team - MDs, dedicated APPs
- Approx 2300 trauma cases in 2023
- Dedicated Ortho-Trauma OR
- 10 Call Days / Month
- Ability for elective practice, if desired
- Clinic - 1 day / week
- Monthly Practice Meetings
- Specialty Support (to name a few)
- Trauma - SCC
- Prosthetics / orthotics
- Acute Rehab
- Hospitalist - isolated ortho w / medical is admitted to this team
- Plastics
- Wound
- Ability to do research if desired
