Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Student Service Advisor passionate about fostering student success through education. Working under the Director of Student Services, you will plan and execute strategies for student onboarding, orientation, retention, and tuition advising for a cohort.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and coordinate student success and retention strategies.
- Facilitate re-entry campaigns for students who have paused their studies.
- Conduct advising sessions to encourage student success.
- Organize student engagement events such as orientations and graduations.
- Maintain regular communication with students to ensure engagement.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office : Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong communication and social interaction skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Experience with Campus Nexxus is a plus
- This is an in-person role located in Maumee, OH. Candidates must live within a commutable distance.
