An experienced Principal Architect with 20+ years in the field is needed to lead architectural projects across various sectors, focusing on delivering excellence in education.
The ideal candidate will drive strategic vision, manage client relationships, and ensure design excellence across diverse, complex projects.
Responsibilities include overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, guiding sustainable design practices, and contributing to business development.
Must possess a valid architectural license, an advanced degree in Architecture, a proven track record of successful project delivery, and exceptional leadership skills.
Expertise in industry trends, building technologies, and the ability to innovate while balancing aesthetics, functionality, and profitability are crucial for this senior-level position.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and design specifications.
- Oversee the implementation of system designs and ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that enhance application performance and development processes.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and developers in technical skills and project execution.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality assurance and compliance with architectural standards.
- Develop documentation for architecture decisions, designs, and implementation processes.
Experience
- Proven experience in application development with a strong background in JavaScript (JS), C++, PL / SQL, and dock technologies.
- Extensive knowledge of APIs, React Express frameworks, NoSQL databases, S3 storage solutions, and system design principles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions that meet business needs.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
