Job Description
- Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess and diagnose communication disorders
- Create individualized treatment plans catered to each patient's unique needs
- Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques
- Monitor and evaluate progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans as required
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and swallowing abilities
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress
License or Certification :
- Must possess a current SLP certificate by the first day of employment.
- CPR certification, TB skin test, Auto Insurance, and Driver License are required.
Education, Training, and Experience :
- Minimum requirement : Associate degree or completion of a Speech-Language Pathology assistant certificate program.
- Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
