Description
Under the direction of the Continuing Education Department, responsible for designing and developing training programs, courses, and educational tools.
Develops course materials, assessment techniques, and appropriate integration of instructional technologies.
This is temporary position that will not exceed six calendar months to complete the tasks.Varies
Base Pay : $26.54. Offer amount based on College's Salary Schedule guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Designs learning solutions targeted at employees, students, or clients of the organization.
Collaborates with subject matter experts to ensure that content is accurate and thorough.
Utilizes multiple formats, including print, audio, visual, and multimedia, and selects the appropriate format for the target audience or content.
Evaluates the results of training programs and modified future programs to better meet training goals.
Provides support to faculty and departments in development and conversion of courses and programs utilizing cutting-edge and creative design and course delivery options.
Consultations with subject matter experts to identify and obtain training objectives and content.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Minimum Qualifications :
Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree
Two or more years of related experience
Knowledge of :
Microsoft Office Professional or similar application
Curriculum standards and instructional pedagogy
Skilled in :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service
Exceptional time management
Ability to :
Work with diverse populations and varying education levels
Solve problems
Licenses, Registration, Certifications, or Special Requirements :
Regular physical attendance required
