Associate Manager, Software Engineering

This position can be remote in the United States or hybrid in the American Fork, UT office. Job Summary Our Team is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented Software Engineers working on our Dentrix Core Practice Management Systems.

As a SWE Manager you will mentor team members in code reviews and regular 1 : 1’s. You will efficiently break down work, build an amazing team and deliver great products to our dental customers.

This role will typically have around 5 direct reports including Software Engineers and Software Engineers in Test (remote and nearshore).

SWE Managers also work closely with Product Managers, Architects, and other technical and business stakeholders. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location / labor market, internal equity, etc.

This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
