Responsibilities
As the Sales Manager for Service Contracts, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in generating new service contract business for our service division.
This position requires industry experience as well as a proven track record in sales leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in HVAC sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of building systems and services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
