Responsibilities :
- Create engaging lesson plans for beauty-related topics to educate and inspire students.
- Implement effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive and safe learning environment.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and guidance for students to practice beauty techniques and skills.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
- Collaborate with the program team to enhance the overall educational experience for students in the afterschool program.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience in beauty industry, specifically in hair, makeup, and skincare
- Knowledgeable in lesson planning for beauty-related subjects
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom of students in an afterschool program setting
- US Work Authorization
- Proficient in verbal and written communication skills for teaching beauty techniques
