Position Overview :
The Sr. Manager of Finance serves as a business partner to sales and franchise management teams, driving efficiency and financial transparency to support decision-making.
The role involves managing revenue forecasting, reporting, sales team performance, and R&D financial modeling.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide sales performance data and tools for evaluating the revenue impact of the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting for key platforms.
- Supply revenue performance analysis to management stakeholders.
- Manage commission calculations for the sales team, requiring knowledge of the portfolio and incentive structure.
- Track franchise R&D resources, evaluate profitability, and monitor business case achievements.
- Analyze spending trends and forecasts for both sales and franchise, focusing on R&D and marketing activities.
- Support and steer resource and revenue planning for the sales region and franchise, including both short-term and midterm planning.
Position Requirements :
- Degree in economics, accounting, or business administration
- Experience working with a large ERP system
- Strong analytical abilities and proactive thinking
