- Must Have skills :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in testing Card services like TSYS, FD.
- Debit and / or Credit Card platform, systems, operations and product knowledge.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in QA Lead activities, projects and teams.
- Experience with QA processes and testing methodologies.
- Extensive testing experience with integrated applications.
- Good to have skills :
- Deep understanding of the banking card service products.
- Extensive software integration testing experience of both internal and vendor products using up-to-date technologies.
- Knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong database and SQL knowledge.
- Experience in Testing Tools like HP Quality Center.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Experience validating high quality consumer facing applications.
- Ability to triage issues, react well to changes, work with teams and ability to multi-task on multiple products and projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate throughout all levels of the organization.
- Nice to have skills :
- Experience in product / solution for banking, payment, and / or financial applications.
- Domain knowledge in the Retail Banking area (desirable).
- Demonstrated ability to engage with 3rd party vendors and test integrated vendor software.
