The Senior Vice President ofSales and Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing censusdevelopment activities and marketing messaging for all service levels toincrease and maintain resident occupancy.
Complying with PSL policies andprocedures, responsibility of this position assures standards are met forcensus development.
Additionally, this role establishes brand identity andensures consistent branding across the entire organization via media and communicationefforts.
This team member will serve as a supervisor of corporates sales,marketing, social medical, communication and community sales team members.
Qualifications :
- Master’s degree in marketing or business administration required or ability and willingness to attain
- Ten years marketing and sales management experience required, preferably in LPC or healthcare
- Prior experience with lead management systems
- Proficient in training and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office : including Word, Excel, and email applications
