You'll be joining our first NYC studio, located in Williamsburg at 191 North 8th Street, Brooklyn, NY.

Here's what you’ll do as a Studio Assistant :

• Promptly turn over the sauna room when the guests exit, ensuring that it is clean and prepped for the next appointment
• Process towel shipments and maintain cold towel process
• Create towel bundles and place for guest accessibility
• Welcome and greet clients enthusiastically
• Support Studio Sales Associates through miscellaneous tasks including sales and back-of-house duties
• Respond to guest inquiries and administer studio tours to new guests
• Shift requirements : Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 9am-2pm with opportunity to pick up more shifts on an as needed basis
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus!

Compensation :

Competitive pay of $17 per hour with successful training completion plus any applicable commissions on membership and package sales
