Overview :

Beck & Masten Buick GMC South is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are looking for a qualified PART TIME RECEPTIONIST to join our team.

This is a part-time position offering a 30hrs a work week.

Responsibilities

Answer all incoming calls according to company policy and proper telephone etiquette.

Direct telephone call to the appropriate parties as necessary.

Additional administrative responsibilities.

Operate an internet based phone system.

Handle multiple lines.

Qualifications

Good communication skills both verbal and written.

Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus!

Must be able to work evenings.

Superior customer service skills.

Professional appearance and work ethic.
