Location : This position is hybrid, based in Lanham, Maryland. Candidates must be local to Lanham, MD or willing to relocate.

Role :

Delmock Technologies Inc. is seeking a Visual Designer to help transform our federal client’s organization and accelerate mission execution through emerging and disruptive technologies, innovative business models, retooled program operations and industry-driven solutions.

Responsibilities :

Creates visually compelling graphics, icons, and branding elements that align with project goals and target audience.

Develops style guides, design systems, and visual standards to ensure consistency across products and platforms.

Collaborates with UX / UI designers to integrate visual design elements into user interfaces and interactive experiences.

Incorporates feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and design critiques to refine and iterate on visual designs.

Ensures designs are accessible, responsive, and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

3 years of experience as a visual designer for a large-scale project

Experience with the following design software :

Photoshop.

Illustrator.

InDesign.

Preferred :

Experience with Figma or AdobeXD.

Has a digital portfolio.

Clearance :

Active IRS MBI Clearance
