As a Chemical Threats Analyst on our team, you will c ond uct chemical programs analysis, including national and military doctrine, strategy, plans, policies , intentions, command force structures, and resources relating to emerging chemical threat programs.

You will identify te chn ical capabilities, security, and vulnerabilities of chemical threat programs, including logistics, security, research, chemical facility characteristics, and other related chemical facilities.

You will perform proliferation and procurement analysis by identifying and monitoring entities involved in the sale or transfer of controlled and dual use chemical goods.

You will c ond uct supply chain vulnerability analysis as well as procurement needs for chemical programs. You will perform analysis of foreign governments’ adherence and implementation of international and bilateral commitments to destroy chemical capabilities and stockpiles.

You will be part of a unique, multi-discipline team assisting partners, to fuse operations and intelligence information to enhance government efforts against emerging threats, and counterproliferation efforts.

You Have :

  • 12+ years of experience with chemical threats analysis and vulnerabilities to chemical programs, including logistics and security research, development, and testing
  • Experience reviewing analytical products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support
  • Experience with in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and IC boun dari es, and clearly articulating key findings
  • Knowledge of chemical threat programs analysis, including national and military doctrine, strategy, plans, policies , intentions, command force structures, and threat program resources
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies, and developments in academia that affect tradecraft methodology
  • Ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight
  • TS / SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or Physical Chemistry and 17+ years of experience with chemical threats analysis and vulnerabilities to chemical programs, or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or Physical Chemistry and 12+ years of experience with chemical threats analysis and vulnerabilities to chemical programs

Nice If You Have :

  • TS / SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Doctorate degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or Physical Chemistry

Clearance :

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
