Key ResponsibilitiesAligns MassHealth contractual enrollment targets with actual monthly enrollments across ACOs and MCO productsSubmits monthly enrollments and disenrollments to MassHealth and resolves related issuesGenerates reports to support the enrollment, disenrollment, and payment reconciliation processesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, psychology, social work, or related field1-2 years of experience working in the Community Partners Program strongly preferredHighly proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with client account management and program implementationKnowledge of MassHealth regulations and processes, specifically around the 1115 Waiver
