As a Customer Experience Manager youll focuson helping clients with their travel needs by deliveringpersonalized service and expert advice to ensure they have a smoothand enjoyable travel experience.

Your duties will includeaddressing client inquiries arranging travel plans offeringrecommendations and resolving any issues that may occur beforeduring or after their trip.

KeyResponsibilities :

Client Supportand Engagement :

Promptly respond to client inquiriesthrough phone email or inperson providing detailed information ontravel destinations packages andservices.

Carefully listento clients preferences and needs offering customizedrecommendations and solutions to meet theirexpectations.

Assist clientswith booking flights accommodations transportation tours activitiesand other travelrelated services.

Customized TravelPlanning :

Develop personalized travelitineraries based on clients preferences budget and interests tocreate a memorableexperience.

Coordinate withairlines hotels car rental companies and other vendors to confirmbookings accommodate special requests and manage changes orcancellations as necessary.

Travel Documentation and PaymentManagement :

Ensure that all required traveldocuments such as passports visas and travel insurance are uptodateand secured.

Processpayments manage transactions and issue tickets or vouchersfollowing company policies andprocedures.

Issue Resolution and ClientCare :

Addressany client concerns during their travels providing quick assistanceand resolving issues to improve customersatisfaction.

Work withstakeholders like airlines hotels and tour operators to addressproblems such as flight delays changes in accommodations orunexpected emergencies.

Travel Product Expertise and ContinuousResearch :

Stay informed on travel trendsindustry updates and destination information to offer clientsrelevant and accurateadvice.

Continuouslyresearch new travel products services and destinations to enhanceofferings and improve the overall customerexperience.

Administrative and DocumentationManagement :

Keep accurate records of clientinteractions bookings payments and other pertinent details usingcomputerized systems ordatabases.

Prepare and sendtravel documents confirmations and itineraries to clients in atimelymanner.
