Coordinate withairlines hotels car rental companies and other vendors to confirmbookings accommodate special requests and manage changes orcancellations as necessary.
Travel Documentation and PaymentManagement :
Ensure that all required traveldocuments such as passports visas and travel insurance are uptodateand secured.
Processpayments manage transactions and issue tickets or vouchersfollowing company policies andprocedures.
Issue Resolution and ClientCare :
Addressany client concerns during their travels providing quick assistanceand resolving issues to improve customersatisfaction.
Work withstakeholders like airlines hotels and tour operators to addressproblems such as flight delays changes in accommodations orunexpected emergencies.
Travel Product Expertise and ContinuousResearch :
Stay informed on travel trendsindustry updates and destination information to offer clientsrelevant and accurateadvice.
Continuouslyresearch new travel products services and destinations to enhanceofferings and improve the overall customerexperience.
Administrative and DocumentationManagement :
Keep accurate records of clientinteractions bookings payments and other pertinent details usingcomputerized systems ordatabases.
