We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help turn day-to-day marketing and field events and operations into qualified meetings, pipeline, and ARR. Runwise is the leading smart operating system for buildings. We control and optimize every systemincluding heating, cooling, electric, gas, and wateracross 10,000+ buildings throughout the United States. Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To :

• Plan, execute, and own the results of field events (prospect lunches / dinners, meetups, conference side events) : venues, AV, swag, run-of-show.
• Help Runwise expand their reach through strong B2B strategic channels (co marketing with key network publications, 3rd party partners, and other creative outlets)
• Be a strong bridge between marketing activities and sales efforts. Responsible for reporting on how activities are converting into deals and eventually dollars won.
• Maintain the master events calendar and reusable playbooks; manage timelines, checklists, and vendors.
• Track budgets / POs, negotiate quotes, and report weekly on attendance, meetings, and pipeline influenced.
