Job Summary :
We are seeking a tech-savvy and customer-focused Patient Access Representative to join our Otolaryngology practice. The Patient Access Representative will be responsible for managing our online appointment system, answering patient inquiries, and assisting with patient check-in and registration.
Responsibilities :
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Collect patient information and ensure accurate records
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the patient experience
Qualifications :
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One year of related experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with electronic medical records and scheduling software
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
