Our client in the retail industry is looking for a Lead Analyst - SAP FICO to join their team!
Location : This role will be on-site 2-3 days per week in Nashville, TN. Open to candidates who are willing to relocate.
Candidates must be local to the Nashville area.
Please note this role is not available on C2C or open to third-party vendors.
Here is what you will be doing :
- Analyze business needs and partner with developers to translate them into FICO configurations.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and lead design sessions.
- Participate in testing and ensure system aligns with business needs.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within FICO.
- Note : This role is more of a functional analyst over a developer, but candidates need to have knowledge of FICO solutions.
Here is what our ideal candidate has :
- 4-5 years of experience as an SAP Analyst or Business Analyst focused on SAP FICO
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them to functional specifications through the entire project : end-to-end delivery
- In-depth knowledge of FICO configuration is essential.
- Experience with FICO solutions such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Inventory Management (MM), Material Management interface to FI (MM / FI), Fixed Assets (FA), Project Systems, Investment Management (IM)
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross functional teams (both internal and external) is required
- S / 4 HANA experience a plus.
- Consultant background from Big 5 firms (Accenture, Deloitte) is preferred.
