Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Communicate in both English and Spanish with customers verbally and in writing
Answer inbound customer calls and follow up on voicemails
Promote products, services, and maintenance plans
Schedule service, maintenance, and sales appointments
Make outbound calls
Monitor and reply to customer emails
Document customer concerns and resolution
Assist with customer mailings and related projects
Other duties as assigned
Scheduled first shift, M-F, in-office, with rotating Saturday mornings
