Seeking a dedicated Natural Resources Engineer to join our team, ideal for professionals with experience in hydrologic processes and environmental permitting.
Applicants should possess certification as a Qualified Hydrologic Professional (QHP) or be in the process of obtaining it (QHP-IT).
The role requires a deep understanding of field techniques related to WOTUS delineation, mapping, and reporting. Candidates should demonstrate experience working through the Corps of Engineers' various permitting processes, including RGPs, NWPs, and Standard Permits, as well as TDEC General and Individual ARAPs.
Communication skills are crucial, as the role involves explaining mitigation requirements and providing solutions, as well as maintaining productive relationships with regulatory agencies and assisting clients in advancing projects to their unique objectives.
The position also demands a proactive and driven personality, ready to take on additional duties as needed and committed to making a lasting impact.
Hard Skills
