The Warehouse Trainer role requires a strong safety mindset and the ability to set an example for a culture of safety excellence and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 6 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm.

Responsibilities

You will :

• Communicate daily via email to the QC Supervisor of daily training tasks.
• Be able to idenitfy issues and problem solve accordingly
• Coach associates that are under preformers
• Assist warehouse lead when needed
• Coordinate training process of all new hires
• Execute tracking of errors of operational functions regarding put away and shipping
• Be flexible to assist in all receiving functions when needed

Qualifications

You have :

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 3 years of Warehouse Distribution experience
• 2 years of Double Electric Pallet Jack experience
• 2 years of Sit-Down and Stand-Up Forklift experience
• 2 years of RF Scanner experience
• 2 years of Selecting experience in a fast-paced environment
• 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a safety role
• OSHA Certification for all material handling equipment
• Engaging interpersonal skills and a safety mindset
