Job Description :
The Springs Living is currently seeking an Executive Director for one of our beautiful communities in Lake Oswego, OR. The Springs at Carman Oaks offers a warm, comfortable and luxurious setting for our residents.

The Springs at Carman Oaks has 178 beautiful homes, including 145 independent living, 17 assisted living, and 16 memory care apartments for our seniors to live life to its fullest, all overseen by the Executive Director, who will report to the Senior Executive Director.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and independent living regulations
- Current ALF / RCF Administrator license preferred
- 5+ years of experience as a senior living professional, in a leadership role
- Experience managing multiple departments and competing priorities
