We are currently searching for a Level 1 Technician (Asset Deployment) for a project working onsite in New York, NY. This is a Contract position slated to go until 01 / 31 / 25.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Act as a queue manager / coordinator
Serve as first point of contact for ticket requests that populate from the team
Handle a high volume of asset deployments and moves
Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum 2+ years of hands on asset deployment experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT support field
Able to lift heavy equipment. (PC's, monitors, printers.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Internet browsers and Email clients
This candidate will need to go through the client background check process which requires fingerprinting.
$33.00 - $35.00 per hour
Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
