Our client, a luxury watch brand, is hiring an Inventory Coordinator to join their team onsite in NYC.

Job Duties Include :

  • Support business relationships and processes internally
  • Review all processes, inventory levels, and shipments in line with relevant requirements
  • Manage the completion of parts orders from retailers or administrative teams
  • Manage invoicing and preparation for shipping department
  • Complete processing and storage of inbound shipments
  • Assist with parts replenishment work
  • Review current processes and suggest improvements
  • Assists with retailer and client inbox / phone call inquiries
  • Conduct stock options and availability research
  • Collaborate to ensure clear communication and to review that process / pricing requirements are handled in a timely manner
  • Support and complete Kardex mapping audits in line with relevant requirements

Job Qualifications Include :

  • Knowledgeable in SAP
  • Experience in luxury watches / luxury goods
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Relevant computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong multitasking skills with attention to details

Salary : $70k - $75k annually + a discretionary bonus
