About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Systems Consultant to support the Treasury Clearing team in data sourcing, impact analysis, and regulatory reporting. This role will serve as a hybrid between a Business Analyst and an Analytics Consultant, contributing to the development and enhancement of the Nexus application-our primary CRM and data aggregator for downstream systems of record.

You will consult on strategic initiatives, provide expert guidance to senior leadership, and deliver innovative solutions to complex business and technical challenges. This position requires advanced analytical thinking, creativity, and a strong understanding of capital markets and risk concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and influence initiatives across Technology Business Systems Consulting.
• Provide strategic consultation and resolution for complex business and technical challenges.
• Engage with client personnel and senior leadership to deliver long-term, scalable solutions.
• Conduct data analysis, modeling, and governance to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support Agile project management processes including SDLC and SCRUM methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and analytics.
